  • Mr. Vishva Jayasinghe serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the 1st XV team at Royal Rugby. The 34-year-old from Isipathana College - Colombo 05 has obtained  qualifications from both Australia and World Rugby in Strength & Conditioning Level 1, bringing substantial expertise to his coaching roles. His coaching experience include being the strength and conditioning coach for CR&FC since 2023, where his team achieved an unbeaten championship in the club rugby league in 2024. Additionally, Mr. Jayasinghe extended his expertise as John Keells Holdings PLC Rugby Strength & Conditioning Coach between 2022-2023. At Royal College, he has served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach of the 1st XV team since 2021, guiding them to multiple victories including the prestigious Bradby Shield (2022 and 2023), Major Milroy Fernando Trophy (2023), and Michael Guneratne Trophy (2022 and 2023). His tenure also includes success in the Mercantile Rugby 7s by guiding teams to Cup Championships in 2022 and 2023, CR&FC Centenary Rugby 7s Cup (Runner Up, 2023), Zahira Centenary Rugby 7s (Plate Champions - 2023), further highlighting his significant impact on rugby performance and conditioning.
