Mr. Randul Senanayake is the Assistant Trainer for the 1st XV team at Royal Rugby, bringing youthful enthusiasm and playing experience to his role.
As the 1st XV Rugby Captain of Royal College Colombo in 2023, Mr. Senanayke led his team to significant victories, including in the prestigious Bradby Shield, Milroy Fernando Trophy, and Michael Guneratnes Trophy. Mr. Senanayake also featured in the unbeaten league championship winning team of CR&FC in 2024.
Hailing from Colombo, the 21-year-old holds a Level 1 World Rugby coaching qualification and carries experience as a U-19 training assistant. His leadership on the field and commitment to training excellence make him a valuable asset to the Royal College rugby programme.
