Mr. T. Ajith. P. de Silva serves as the Kicking Coach of the 1st XV team at Royal Rugby. At aged 47, Mr. de Silva hails from Kandy with a notable background in rugby. A former national player from 2006 to 2009, he transitioned into coaching with a Level 1 qualification. His coaching expertise spans various age groups, including U-10, U-12, U-14, and currently the 1st XV. His expertise contributed to the league-winning team of Royal College Colombo in 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019, showcasing his impact on the sport as a mentor for aspiring young talent.
